Environmental Scientist II/III/Sr - AGSC

Summary:The position requires a dynamic individual with an environmental science, water quality, geology, biology, chemistry, or civil engineering background and the ability to work flexible hours (but primarily Monday through Friday) and a willingness to travel by vehicle routinely. The position will be extremely active and will include field assignments that involve conducting Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections and Best Management Practices (BMPs) design and installations for major utility companies in Southern California. Knowledge of SWPPP type work and possession of a Qualified Stormwater Practitioner (QSP) license is preferred. Knowledge of environmental laws and regulations is a plus. The position requires an individual who is capable of working independently on a daily basis and can conduct themselves in a professional manner with limited guidance. The salary range for this position is $66,922-$119,471/year, please note this is a tiered position.This is a Telecommute potion with 10-75% travel to project sites.
