About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail‑oriented professional to join our Creative Production Innovation Management team within the broader Product Discovery & Marketing organization (formerly Creative Production). In this entry‑level position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative product initiatives that shape the next wave of content experiences for arenaflex members worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination: Assist senior program managers in breaking down complex, cross‑functional initiatives into clear, actionable work streams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are well‑documented.
Feasibility & Effort Estimation: Contribute to the assessment of new feature concepts by gathering requirements, performing high‑level effort sizing, and helping estimate timelines and budgets.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a reliable liaison between Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Data Science teams to keep all parties aligned on project goals and status.
Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain project artifacts such as roadmaps, status reports, risk registers, and decision logs using arenaflex’s internal tools and platforms.
Data‑Driven Decision Support: Collect, analyze, and present metrics that inform product strategy, including A/B test results, user engagement data, and market research insights.

Essential Qualifications
