Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Based in or near Austin, TX is preferred
Responsibilities
Manage inboxes, calendars, and meeting schedules
Perform online research and summarize findings
Assist with documentation, spreadsheets, and reports
Support data entry and file management tasks
Coordinate virtual meetings and prepare agendas
Communicate effectively with internal teams
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
