Insurance Agent- No Experience Necessary! - Remote | WFH
We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Insurance Agent with no prior experience required to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our company's book of business by connecting with new and existing clients through virtual meetings on platforms like Zoom. This is a 100% commission-based sales position for the first year, with agents... transitioning to earning residual income starting from year 2.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients through virtual meetings to present and sell various insurance policies
Tailor insurance plans based on the unique needs of clients
Specialize in areas such as mortgage protection, final expense, college education, paycheck protection, and more
Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Expand business reach through effective networking techniques
Ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations
Continuously track and identify areas for improvement
Attend ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Qualifications
While previous experience in insurance, customer service, or related HR fields is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite
Ability to establish rapport with clients and build lasting relationships
Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of insurance products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
