Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate surgical schedules and appointments with patients, doctors, and surgical centers
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
Educate patients about procedures, pre- and post-surgical care, and recovery timelines
Build and maintain positive relationships with patients to enhance their experience
Process and manage billing, insurance verification, and payments related to surgeries
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a smooth patient journey from consultation to surgery
Qualifications:
Medical Reception Experience: Familiarity with managing patient flow, scheduling, and handling confidential medical information
Sales Experience: Ability to effectively communicate services and confidently discuss financial options and billing
Exceptional Phone Etiquette: A clear and friendly communication style
Polished and Professional Appearance: Youll be the first point of contact for patients, so a professional image is essential
Positive and Outgoing Personality: A team player with an upbeat attitude, ready to provide excellent patient care
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in healthcare settings is preferred
