Position Overview
SYNERGISTICIT has built an excellent reputation since 2010 by bridging the gap between employer requirements and employee skills. We work with leading technology clients such as Apple, Google, PayPal, Western Union, Visa, Walmart Labs, and many more. We are currently seeking entry-level software programmers, IT enthusiasts, Python/Java developers, Data Analysts and Data Scientists from all visas and US citizens who are serious about building a career in the IT industry. Our programs even include skill enhancement initiatives for candidates who need additional training in order to meet client requirements. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
For Java/Software Programmers: Experience with Java, Core Java, JavaScript, C++ and understanding of the software development life cycle; familiarity with Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, and REST APIs.
For Data Science/Machine Learning: Knowledge of Statistics, Python, and data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications
For Data Science roles: Experience with PowerBI, Databricks, Snowflake, NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, and Time Series Analysis.
