• *Responsibilities:**

- Assist in developing and implementing a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

- Monitor and respond to comments/messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

- Conduct research on social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.

- Support the execution of targeted acquisition campaigns to attract new members to our loyalty programs.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas, contribute to campaigns, and track performance metrics.

- Assist in the creation of reports and analysis of social media and acquisition data to identify areas for improvement.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and emerging platforms to suggest innovative ideas.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).

- Strong interest in social media marketing, digital advertising, and customer acquisition.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
