Entry Level Scrum Master (100%Remote W2)
Role Description:
This is a remote, contract-based role for an Entry Level Scrum Master. The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. The role involves working with team members to write and refine user stories, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members, and helping the development team maintain focus on their deliverables. Additionally, the individual will support the team in analyzing and troubleshooting obstacles to maintain project progress.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Sprint Planning and the ability to collaborate with teams to prioritize and manage tasks effectively
Solid Analytical Skills to identify and resolve project challenges efficiently
Excellent Communication skills to facilitate discussions and ensure clarity in interactions with team members and stakeholders
Proficiency in creating and managing User Stories to define clear project requirements and objectives
Familiarity with Software Development processes and methodologies
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
