My Client is an Engineering and Skilled Trades Recruiting & Consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Help managers complete all assigned daily tasks and operations.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
Observing and learning from experienced team members.
Participate in the companys strategic planning.
Understand each departments daily processes and goals.
Work with a team to develop and implement strategies based on the clients needs.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Communicate with clients to get a clear understanding of their needs and goals.
Research, develop, and implement new leads.
Communicate with new prospects.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Must have a Bachelors Degree
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Competitive nature with a desire to win
Self-motivated with an incredible work ethic
Takes challenges head-on
Proven leadership throughout your academic career (on or off campus)
