Entry Level Sales - Flexible Schedules - Work from Home
Vector Marketing is interviewing for immediate positions. Our reps meet with customers, selling our Cutco products, and placing any orders. No experience needed! Competitive base pa, commission based on performance. Flexible schedules to work around your classes or other obligations. We work with Cutco products that are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Previous experience & knowledge about home goods isn’t needed. We work with a lot of people who are looking to build up their communication and networking skills. We provide all of training needed for success.

• Solid Training - we believe in building our people from the ground up and allowing them to expand on their natural abilities in order launch them into a successful career.
• Reps are paid weekly– base or commission. The reps are paid $30.00 base-appt and the commission structure in place based on performance. There is an opportunity to make more, but there is still a fallback for the sales rep to make an income even if they have an off week.
• Choice of location– sales reps work from home and locally after training. Meetings and training are usually held in the office.
• Flexible schedules –we help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as classes, internships, full time jobs, travel plans, or family obligations.
• Advancement – reps who make this a career position are able to move along several different paths including management.
Requirements:
• Enjoy working with people
• All ages 18+ or 17 and a high school graduate
• Conditions apply
• Able to start within the next seven to ten days
Who would do well:
People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, landscaping, and in just about any field you can imagine. We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and are willing to work hard and learn new things.
