Entry Level Project Coordinator

They are seeking an Entry Level Project Coordinator to develop relationships with project teams, prepare project deliverables, and assist with project documentation and quality control.ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with project teams for effective communicationPrepare project deliverables with attention to detailDevelop foundational knowledge of the construction industry, including terminology, roles, and core processesDevelop skills in quality control by assisting with the review of project documents, including formatting, proofreading, and ensuring compliance with PAE’s graphical standardsDevelop ability to facilitate construction administration activities such as distributing and tracking RFIs and submittalsTrack deadlines and action itemsAssist with project documentation, meeting setup and deliverablesUtilize tools within the project quality management plan (QMP)Provide support to Senior Project Coordinators as assignedPerform other duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experienceExperience in an administrative role ideally with an engineering firm or other subcontractor preferredTeam playerReliable and flexible in style of work and able to maintain a positive attitudeStrong written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and switch between tasksPower user of Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Database ProgramsBenefitsEmployer paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision)Annual 401k profit sharing based on company profit for the year and account contributionProfessional development reimbursements including state registration and professional association duesEmployer paid commuter/parking stipendCell phone stipendLife insurance and disability benefitsHybrid work scheduleEmployee Assistance Program9 paid holidays including an additional employee-selected dayPaid time off for sick leave, family leave, community service, holidays and vacationCompany OverviewPAE provides mechanical and electrical engineering design, technology system design, energy modeling and analysis, and more.
