Provide technical support for production activities, including equipment setup, operation, and maintenance, and stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process engineering. Support new product development and scale-up activities by providing technical expertise and conducting feasibility studies, collaborating with suppliers and vendors to evaluate new technologies, materials, and equipment. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in engineering principles, mathematics, and statistics. 6 months-2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of process optimization techniques, Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions. Demonstrated project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities, with a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Basic understanding of quality management systems, i.e., ISO standards, and experience with CAD software, with 3D printing experience being a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of industry-specific software and technologies, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
