Job Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing operational activities, predominantly within North America, with a focus on professionalism and efficiency. Your primary objectives will include project management of multiple field projects, planning and coordinating telecom operations, and ensuring seamless customer service. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute operational activities, including project management of multiple simultaneous field projects
Plan and coordinate telecom operations, ensuring professionalism and efficiency in all aspects of the project
Take the lead in recruiting and training new pilots, ensuring they are fully prepared and equipped to succeed in their roles
Ensure readiness for pilots before they arrive on site, providing necessary support and resources to guarantee a smooth operation
Tackle issues promptly to maintain quality and service, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Support pilots with site access or planning needs, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of drone capabilities and airspace regulations, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Maintain awareness of the telecommunications industry, including specific equipment and access requirements, to provide informed support and guidance
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to maintain high standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Keep track of projects using daily reports, spreadsheets, and software, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills


Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, although relevant experience and skills may be considered in lieu of formal education
1-2 years of work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in transactional work, logistics, customer service, or hospitality
Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills, with the ability to work both independently and in team settings
Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline

Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations, and regulations are highly desirable, although not essential

Relevant experience with drones and/or photography is preferred, although not essential
