THIS POSITION CAN BE A HYBRID JOB AFTER TRAINING PERIOD
SHIFT: 10 HOUR SHIFT, 4 DAYS A WEEK, MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS/HAVE FLEXIBILITY
THE CLIENT SERVICE DEPT. IS OPEN FROM 6AM-9PM, SHIFTS WILL BE ASSIGNED INSIDE OF THOSE HOURS

Qualifications:
ā¢ 3 years of experience related to customer service or Bachelors Degree
ā¢ Excellent written communication and grammar skills
ā¢ Excellent phone communication skills
ā¢ Ability to problem solve and handle customer resolution
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Obtain flight itinerary and other pertinent trip information from clients regarding upcoming or current flights and accurately enter information into internal system
ā¢ Provide direct guidance and assistance to clients regarding company products, services and requests
ā¢ Take ownership of potential problems, offering creative solutions through to completion/resolution
ā¢ Exercise prompt and concise communication with clients and interdepartmental partners
ā¢ Candidates will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to clients who are booking trips through the company, working with high-net-worth individuals - emphasis on providing a "white glove" customer service experience!
ā¢ The ideal CMC (client management consultant) is a team player (works well as a member of a group), detail-oriented (capable of carrying out a given task with all the details necessary to get the task done right the first time), and dedicated (devoted to a task, purpose, or mission with loyalty and integrity)
ā¢ This is not a typical customer service role - candidates must possess excellent problem-solving skills, confidence, sound skills in decision making, be able to work under pressure, and handle angry clients

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quincy, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
