As a Product Tester with our company, you will play a crucial role in helping brands understand their target audience and make informed decisions about their products. Key Responsibilities Conduct In-Home Usage Tests: You will be required to properly document your experience with the products assigned to you, following the specific instructions provided in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule. This may include taking screenshots, recording audio or video, maintaining product journal entries, and more. Responsible Product Usage: It's essential to handle the products with care and use them responsibly, ensuring that you can provide genuine feedback. Adhere to Project Schedules: Each product testing project comes with its own schedule, which you must follow diligently. Tasks may include unpacking products, reading instructions, providing online or mobile feedback, using the product for a specified duration, writing reviews, and taking pictures. Utilize Cutting-Edge Technology: Some projects may involve using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology to capture detailed insights and responses. Participate in Discussions: You may be required to participate in private chat rooms opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested. Write Reviews: As part of your duties, you will need to write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Product Tester with Workwarp, you should possess the following qualities and skills: Ability to Follow Instructions: It's crucial to be able to understand and follow the specific instructions provided for each product testing project. Attention to Detail: Having an excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit will enable you to provide high-quality feedback. Commitment and Flexibility: You should be able to commit to working 15-25 hours per week and have a flexible schedule that can accommodate varying project requirements. Technical Requirements: Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection and a digital camera or cell phone capable of taking pictures is necessary. Honesty and Reliability: Being honest and reliable in your feedback and interactions is paramount. Good Communication Skills: While not mandatory, having good communication skills can be an asset in this role. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to apply.
