Entry Level Nonprofit Canvasser for PBS & NPR - $19/hr

Do you value public media and the role it plays in our society? Join our team in saving PBS & NPR! Wisconsin's most trustworthy source of quality programming, WPT & WPR, needs your help to connect with the community. Your work will drive meaningful change!
Donor Development Strategies (DDS) and WPT/WPR are looking for Canvassers to join our team and build community support for the PBS affiliate in your community!
Requirements:
ā¢ Enjoy talking to people
ā¢ Interested in fundraising for a great cause
ā¢ Value public media and community outreach
ā¢ Ability to walk for 5+ hours outside every day
ā¢ No experience required ā we provide paid training
ā¢ Ability to work a 1:00PM - 9:00PM schedule
Benefits and Pay:
ā¢ $19/hr base pay.
ā¢ $100 potential weekly bonuses for FT staff.
ā¢ Paid Time Off provided
ā¢ Subsidized healthcare/vision/dental
ā¢ 401(k) with automatic employer contribution
ā¢ Driving on the job is reimbursed at the IRS Rate.
