• Responsibilities:· Teach Middle-Class Families about Financial Literacy· Conduct Financial Needs Analysis with members· Educate Members on Benefits, Products, Options· Assist Clients in Completing Applications and Benefit Programs· Mentor, Teach upcoming Team Members Procedures· Monitor and Track Results on Performance and Make Changes to Increase Productivity
