Entry Level Life Sales Agent - No Experience Required (Remote)
Our office is expanding and we're looking for aspiring entrepreneurs interested in working in the #1 industry in the world! No prior experience in financial services required. In-field training is provided, and you can work from home. We encourage you to apply and bring your expertise if youre a:
Highly driven and performing salesperson: You enjoy prospecting for new customers, demonstrating resiliency and applying your enthusiastic work ethic to generate leads and close deals
Desire to win: If friendly rivalries with your sales team/colleagues is your thing, and you go above and beyond to win bonuses and awards, you will become a perennial award winner coupled with exceptional compensation
Charismatic person: Your interpersonal skills are... second-to-none, and youre able to apply market insights to identify and cultivate new clients, as well as tailor products and services to meet existing customers needs
Relationship builder: Your focus is on the long gamebuilding strong relationships within local communities and organizations, building and nurturing a team, while maintaining open lines of communication for future sales opportunities.
During training, you will also be completing the coursework necessary to obtain your state Life License and Investment Licenses (unless you are already licensed). All required pre-licensing courses and required state licenses are covered by the company. This is a 1099 opportunity, not a W2.
The desired candidate would possess the following skills:
You're a self-starter capable of thriving on a team
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent customer service skills
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Have computer experience and good organizational skills
Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals (no quotas)
Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to develop, manage and drive growth
Access to Internet or Wi-Fi connection
Experience in sales, marketing and business are preferred but not required
Requirements:
Must be 18+ (This is a FEDERAL requirement)
Must pass a STATE background check (No Felonies)
Self-Disciplined, Self-Accountability
Trustworthy & Honest
Must live within the United States
