Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their life insurance and investment needs
Customize insurance plans to suit individual client needs
Commit to training, licensing and attendance of mentorship meetings
The desired candidate would possess the following skills:
You're a self-starter capable of thriving on a team
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Ability to develop, manage and drive growth
Experience in sales, marketing and business are preferred but not required
Requirements:
Must be 18+ (This is a FEDERAL requirement)
Must pass a STATE background check (No Felonies)
Accountable & Disciplined
Trustworthy & Honest
Must live within the United States & be authorized to work in the U.S
