Position Responsibilities • Examine user activity, website metrics, trends, and customer feedback to discover areas for improvement on uline.com. • Partner with the User Experience team to create solutions that improve website usability and adhere to best practices. • Work closely with Quality Assurance and Development teams to confirm web enhancements meet goals. • Document processes and perform weekly reporting tasks to track progress. Minimum Requirements • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT, or a related field is required. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL is a plus. • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
