The role involves analyzing and improving business processes within healthcare or IT environments, focusing on Revenue Cycle Management and EHR systems. Responsibilities • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or IT environments. • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, EHR systems, and healthcare operations. • Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.). • Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, etc.) and business analysis frameworks. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
