Top Skills & Qualifications
Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing ability (over 40 wpm).
Language Proficiency: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Customer Service: Previous experience in helpdesk or customer support is beneficial.
Work Shifts
Flexible shifts ranging from 8 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, or 11 AM - 8 PM EST.
Requirements
Reliable internet connection.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
