Participate in events that reflect the unique communities we serve, as requested by the Supervisor, Healthcare Manager, District Manager, or Pharmacy Manager. Counsel patients and answer their questions regarding medication use, side effects, interactions, contraindications, patient data security, generics, and more affordable medications, referring to clinical providers as necessary. Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding, medication therapy reviews, verification, and prescription management. Review, interpret, and accurately administer prescribed medications when required by responsibility. Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations, company policies, and standards, assisting the pharmacy manager with establishing procedures that promote the efficient workflow of the pharmacy. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a data entry or customer service role. Familiarity with pharmacy operations and healthcare services. Certification in data entry or a related field.
