Key Responsibilities: Data Entry and Verification: Inputting and verifying data into our database system accurately and efficiently, ensuring data integrity and protection by following established procedures. Record Maintenance: Maintaining and updating records and files as needed, both physical and digital. Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports from the database for analysis and review, and conducting regular audits to bolthires and correct data inaccuracies or inconsistencies. Organizational Support: Assisting with the organization and management of physical and digital files, and ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Quality Control: Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using database management systems, bolthires Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and other software applications as required. Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred, but not required.
