Data Preprocessing: Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis, utilizing tools such as bolthires Excel, SQL, or Python. Exploratory Data Analysis: Perform in-depth exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations within the data, and present findings effectively using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.Data Modeling & Algorithm Development: Assist in the development and implementation of data models and algorithms to drive business insights and optimize performance. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with team members to understand data requirements and objectives, and generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Ad-Hoc Analysis & Data Inquiries: Support ad-hoc analysis and data inquiries from various departments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.Data Quality & Integrity: Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure consistency and reliability, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data management. EssentialQualifications: Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Data Analysis Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as bolthires Excel, SQL, or Python.Statistical Knowledge: Possess a basic understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Teamwork & Adaptability: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.PreferredQualifications: PriorExperience: Prior internship or coursework experience in data analysis or a related field is a plus. Machine Learning Knowledge: Knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms is desirable but not required.
