SaaS QA Lead

We are currently seeking an experienced SaaS QA Lead to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead our quality assurance efforts for our SaaS products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. As the SaaS QA Lead, you will be responsible for designing and implementing QA strategies, managing test environments. You will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define quality standards and execution plans for software releases. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, extensive experience in software testing, and a solid understanding of software development processes. Responsibilities: Develop and manage a comprehensive QA strategy for SaaS products Design, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for web applications Identify, document, and track defects and ensure timely resolution Conduct performance and security testing to ensure cloud-based applications operate efficiently Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and methodologies Stay current with industry trends and promote quality assurance best practices across the organization Requirements Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role in a SaaS environment Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes Experience with both manual and automated testing Ability to design and execute detailed test plans and cases Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, TestRail, or similar Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality products
