What You Will Do:
• Conduct Zoom meetings with individuals and families to assess their insurance requirements.
• Assist clients in navigating the enrollment process by offering guidance and support.
• Respond to questions and resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Work in conjunction with team members to facilitate a seamless and effective enrollment experience.
• Keep precise and comprehensive records of client interactions and enrollment documentation.
