The Role

As an Entry Level Carpenter with Workwarp, you will play a critical role in our installation team, working on a variety of projects that require attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:


Utilizing hand tools and power tools, including table saws and miter saws, to complete installations
Unloading and carrying materials up to 50lbs independently
Working safely and using required protective gear at all times
Maintaining a clean driving record and operating a company-provided vehicle
Providing professional customer interaction and ensuring client satisfaction
Keeping tools and vehicles clean, maintained, and organized
Working effectively as a team player and supporting colleagues
Demonstrating a strong work ethic and respect for others


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:


Commitment to working safely and using required protective gear
Strong work ethic and respect for others
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to work late on occasion
Experience with hand tools, drills, screw-gun, table saw, and miter saw
Clean driving record
Ability to complete high-quality work
Professional customer interaction experience
Willingness to keep tools and vehicles clean, maintained, and organized
Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills
Some woodworking experience or knowledge is a plus
