Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service.
Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively through various communication channels.
Account Coordination: Assist in coordinating client accounts, including setting up new accounts, managing renewals, and ensuring all client information is up to date and accurate.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client issues proactively, ensuring a positive client experience and providing solutions that meet their needs.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and service improvements, providing valuable insights to drive business growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients, providing them with the necessary resources and information to get started and ensuring a smooth transition.
Feedback Collection: Gather and relay client feedback to improve our services and client experience, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.


Preferred Experience and Qualifications


Experience: Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools is a plus.
Gig Economy Experience: Previous experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant certifications or coursework in customer service, sales, or account management are beneficial but not required.
