Description Prime Source Foods, the largest distribution center in New England, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at the state-of-the-art Plate Distribution Center. Requirements Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship. Must be flexible and able to work Sun-Thurs, starting at 6:30 pm until the completion of work. Must be 18 years of age or older. Occasional heavy lifting is required. Must be able to lift 1-75 pounds, up to 100 pounds; often reaching up to 72 inches; constantly bend and twist. Hand-selecting orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, with most time spent in the cooler. Stacking products on pallets following proper handling and safety practices. Loading right on the truck for next-day deliveries. Once certified, operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport products when needed. Maintain and safely operate all assigned mechanical equipment, including but not limited to electric pallet jack and forklift. Material handling experience is helpful. Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment. Determination to meet or exceed established cases per error goals. Solid reading, writing, and communication skills to effectively perform job requirements and adhere to safety regulations. Responsibility, trustworthiness, and the ability to work with little direct supervision. Perform other duties as assigned.
