Job Title: Enterprise Solution Architect - SaaS Location: Roseland, NJ (Hybrid) Experience: 10+ Years Client: ADP Employment Type: Contract / Full-time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with strong expertise in SaaS applications and cloud-based enterprise platforms to design, integrate, and optimize scalable business solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define architectural standards, ensure solution alignment with enterprise strategy, and enable digital transformation across ADP s SaaS ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement end-to-end SaaS architecture supporting enterprise business functions and integrations. • Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and solution blueprints aligned with ADP s enterprise strategy. • Lead evaluation, selection, and implementation of SaaS platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability. • Provide architectural guidance for integrations between SaaS, PaaS, and on-prem systems (using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS solutions). • Ensure data security, identity management (SSO, MFA, IAM), and compliance with company and industry standards. • Define and enforce architecture governance, design reviews, and documentation practices. • Conduct impact and cost-benefit analysis for new SaaS initiatives and recommend optimization strategies. • Partner with infrastructure and DevOps teams to define CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and monitoring frameworks for SaaS applications. • Stay current with emerging technologies, architecture trends, and SaaS vendors to inform technology strategy. • Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams on SaaS licensing, renewals, and cost optimization. Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred). • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise architecture or solution architecture. • Strong experience with SaaS platforms (Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar). • Proficiency in cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid integrations. • Deep understanding of API architecture, microservices, and data integration frameworks. • Knowledge of security, compliance, and identity management standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, SSO, MFA). • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in large, enterprise-scale environments (preferably within HR, payroll, or financial systems domains). Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman). • Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure Integration Services). • Exposure to SaaS monitoring and governance tools (Zylo, BetterCloud, CloudHealth). • Prior experience working with ADP systems or payroll/HCM solutions is a strong plus.
