The Enterprise Operations AI Intern will assist in streamlining intake processes and improving data accuracy using automation and AI-driven insights, contributing to operational efficiency across the business. Responsibilities Design, build, and test AI agents and copilots using internal platforms and frameworks to support enterprise workflows and operational use cases Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and logic chains to improve agent reliability, accuracy, and task automation Automate current reports and data loads for PowerBI dashboards Rollout Agents to portfolio teams Skills Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts, especially large language models (LLMs), chatbots, or copilots Basic experience with prompt engineering, workflow design, or building simple automation Basic proficiency in scripting languages for prototyping and integrations Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations (preferred but not required) Benefits Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta Global Company Overview Zeta offers technology and marketing services to help brands acquire, engage, and retain customers.
