Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Enrollment Specialist to support our growing coaching programs. This is a fully remote, commission-only role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and helping professionals unlock their potential, as well as the ability to CLOSE effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective coaching clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
Present and explain the value of our coaching programs, addressing client needs and objections.
Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to build trust and relationships.
Close sales and meet enrollment goals.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales/enrollment (required).
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to close sales effectively.
Knowledge of the mortgage or housing industry is a plus.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Availability for approximately 20 hours per week.
