As an Enrolled Nurse with Country Health Connect Community Nursing, you will play a valued role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care across the community setting. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse/Midwife, you will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care while supporting clients to maintain independence and wellbeing in their own homes.
This ongoing part-time opportunity offers a flexible 12-hour work week across a 5-day roster, allowing you to maintain work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in regional South Australia. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team committed to quality improvement, professional development and positive patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do:

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care within your scope of practice.
Support care planning and coordinate delegated activities under RN guidance.
Provide education to clients, families and carers to promote self-management
Contribute to quality improvement, education support and professional development initiatives.

Who Are We Looking For?

Are you enrolled or eligible for enrolment with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia?
Do you have at least 3 years’ post-registration experience in a healthcare setting?
Are you confident working both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team?
Do you demonstrate strong clinical judgement and a commitment to person-centred care?
