This position requires a goal-driven, organized sales support professional that will work closely with all aspects of the business in order to service key accounts in the Latin America region to the highest standard with an overall aim to develop trusted relationships and ultimately expand sales. Outstanding communication skills required, both internal and external, and the ability to multitask and handle a high volume of different customer types. This position must be able to work closely with all the sales team members in order to execute and implement business and sales strategies.

●Service global key accounts in the Latin America region with the highest level of customerservice

●Develop excellent rapport with key contacts in all functions and at all levels withinrelevant accounts (supply chain, buying, finance etc.)

●Liaise constantly with the sales team to implement strategy & aim to expand salesthrough careful planning of promotions and assortment

●Help with new vendor set ups through revision of terms and conditions with CFO,stock planning with logistics team, EDI set up on internal software etc.

●Carry out all administrative tasks relating to key accounts including new item set upand promotional planning

●Support sales representatives for upcoming sales meetings to organise anypaperwork, NPD samples and pricing and where required also attend these meetings

●Assist operations team with forecasting by working closely with the key accounts orusing analytics from retailer vendor portals

●Liaise with operations team to ensure key account orders are on track and work tokeep key account logistic contacts in the loop on any delays or shortages

●Analyse sales on a regular basis to identify trends and opportunities

●Work closely with finance to ensure all payments are made as per terms●Participate in trade shows where needed

●Work closely with the global sales and account management team to action anyother sales related tasks

Qualifications
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.

●High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred

● Minimum 2 years Key Account Management experience, preferably in the beauty industry

● An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

● Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with key accounts over email, the phone and in person.

● Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement, with a positive outgoing, engaging, conversational personal style

● Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment

● Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities and/or projects with deadlines ● Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to ensure his/her message is resonating with potential customers

● Provide information to customers about our products and services. ● Develop and maintain a knowledge of our evolving product line.

● Strong working knowledge of Latin American market

● Willingness to travel to visit clients/prospects within the US

● Fast paced, friendly, and team-centric environment.

● Microsoft Excel proficient

● Must have valid driver’s license and own car insurance/transport
