This is a project-based role, ideal for professionals who excel in precision, confidentiality, and deadline management. Responsibilities • Translate and proofread official documents from English to Spanish with high accuracy. • Ensure translations maintain a professional tone, legal/medical terminology, and cultural relevance. • Proofread and edit translations for clarity and consistency. • Deliver completed projects within agreed timelines. • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/legal standards. Qualifications • Certification in translation (ATA, NAJIT, or equivalent). • Native or near-native fluency in Spanish; excellent command of English. • Minimum 2 years of professional translation experience, preferably in medical/legal fields. • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents. • Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CAT tools (preferred). Compensation • Rate: $20–$40 per page, depending on document type and complexity. • Payment issued per completed project.
