Primary Services is actively recruiting for an experienced Engineering Recruiter to support prestigious clients in the petrochemical and oil & gas sectors. This role offers the opportunity to manage full-cycle recruiting for highly skilled technical professionals, develop client relationships, and contribute to workforce planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and placing engineers in specialized roles, along with deep industry knowledge.

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and place professionals in production, operations, maintenance, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and EPC roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, coordinating client interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to provide strategic guidance to clients and candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment operations.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering recruitment experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or related heavy industrial sectors.
• Proven success in placing candidates in technical roles within production, operations, maintenance, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and EPC.
• Strong understanding of engineering and technical disciplines within petrochemical and oil & gas projects.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify and attract top engineering talent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong negotiation skills for salary, contract, and benefits discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience working in a staffing agency or executive search firm specializing in engineering recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring within the oil & gas and petrochemical industries.
