Turn Ideas into Demos: Help bring promising ideas to life by coming up with demos that showcase new product concepts and their potential.
Improve the Process: Continuously look for ways to improve how we manage projects and ensure everything is done to the highest standard.
Oversee Budgets, Staffing, and Project Prioritization: Manage the lab's portfolio by balancing resources, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the right people are staffed on the right things.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree: In Engineering or related field.
Project Management Experience: At least 7 years of project management experience.
Industry Experience: At least 5 years working with consumer-facing SW or HW products.
Relationship Building: Exceptional ability to build relationships, build cross-functional teams, and exert effective influence in a matrix organization.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Generalist Skills: A curious and competent generalist with basic knowledge of HWE, SWE, and Design.

Technical Expertise: Experience working with teams of diverse technical backgrounds and quickly learning from them.
