Engineering Personnel - OSP Construction (Multiple Roles)

We are seeking experienced OSP professionals located in the U.S. to support remote fiber construction and engineering projects. You will be asked to select only one position during the application that best matches your experience.Available Roles and Short Descriptions:Director – OSP Engineering: Lead cross-functional engineering teams (Design, QA, GIS, Permitting), manage offshore design workflows, and implement engineering standards across all deliverables.OSP Engineering Project Manager: Manage full-cycle delivery of OSP fiber engineering projects, track milestones, and coordinate with GIS, permitting, and field teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.OSP Senior Permit Specialist: Lead complex permitting efforts including DOT, ROW, pole attachments, and traffic control.
