Engineering Drafter

KGS Group is an employee-owned, multidisciplinary engineering consulting firm seeking an Engineering Drafter to join their Vancouver, BC office. The role involves preparing engineering designs, models, and drawings using AutoCAD, assisting in the preparation of proposals and reports, and performing inspections as required. Responsibilities Prepare engineering designs, models and drawings with AutoCAD Prepare and assist in the preparation of proposals, memorandums, and reports Assist in gathering technical information for reports, specifications and analysis Perform basic calculations and present them in a logical and organized manner Effectively and accurately communicate information and ideas Perform inspections and, on occasion, periods of field work may be required Skills Completion of a three-year engineering technology diploma or equivalent Willingness and ability to perform basic site inspections.
