As our Project Coordinator, you'll oversee energy efficiency projects from start to finish, utilizing various software tools including Salesforce. Building on our energy efficiency expertise, we continually expand our range of clean energy solutions to help utilities tackle complex, interconnected challenges like load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction. Step by step, we’re leading the way to power meaningful change. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate with customers and program contractors to support participation in residential energy efficiency programs. Support internal project processing and timely submission of program data to implementation partners. Maintain program project calendar and coordinate milestone deadlines with relevant stakeholders. Establish and maintain a professional customer and contractor rapport, including identifying and anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions. Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings. Efficiently manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure program participants, contractors, and team leadership have the information necessary to communicate project status and reprioritize as necessary. Be familiar with program guidelines and effectively communicate with contractors and participants to ensure projects meet program requirements. Coordinate the submission and review of relevant program documentation, including baseline and efficient equipment specification sheets and calculations. Maintain quality control of all deliverable products, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while maintaining project schedules. Other duties as assigned.
