The Opportunity: Driving Global Operational Excellence As a Global Operations Strategist, you will be at the forefront of optimizing our global operations, ensuring efficiency, responsiveness, and exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for a wide range of activities, from analyzing operational data and identifying areas for improvement to collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. This role demands a blend of analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Analyze complex operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across the global supply chain and operations network. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Development, Sales, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of operational strategies. • Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall productivity. Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations. • Risk Management & Mitigation: Identify and assess potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity. • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Effectively communicate operational updates and address concerns. • Project Management: Lead and manage operational improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery. • Market Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies that may impact global operations. • Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with supply chain teams to improve inventory management, reduce lead times, and enhance supply chain resilience. • Customer Experience Enhancement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience through operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills: • Proven Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration) and 5+ years of experience in a global operations or supply chain role. • Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and develop long-term operational plans. • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
