Input, verify, and update data in digital systems from various sources.
Maintain the accuracy and integrity of databases through regular quality checks.

Review and correct errors to ensure clean, error-free data.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Generate reports or summaries as requested by supervisors.
Collaborate remotely with internal teams to resolve data inconsistencies.
🎓 Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree is a plus.
Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent typing speed (at least 40–50 words per minute) with high accuracy.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Familiarity with data entry tools and office software.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
📅 Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a data entry or encoding role is preferred.
Fresh graduates or career shifters with strong typing skills are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in remote or freelance data-related work is an advantage.

Full-time: 40 hours per week
