Employment Litigation Counsel - Remote (CA, WA, AZ Bar Members)

Job Description Our client, one of the nation's oldest and largest law firms dedicated exclusively to representing management in labor and employment matters, is seeking an experienced Employment Counsel to join their fully remote team. Position Overview: This role focuses on managing administrative agency charges, responding to demand letters, and handling employment litigation for a broad range of clientsincluding those covered by Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). The position involves close collaboration with partners and experienced legal teams to deliver strategic, high-quality legal work without the requirement to attend in-person depositions, hearings, or trials.
