The Role
We’re looking for a winner— an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney who’s hungry to deliver results, grow quickly, and play a key role in a modern, remote law firm that’s scaling quickly. You’ll manage your own caseload, leveraging technology, strategy, and teamwork to deliver winning outcomes for employees who’ve been wronged. You will be judged by your results, not office politics. What You’ll Do
• Own your cases from start to finish in a supportive, fully remote environment.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using our cloud-based systems.
• Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial.
• Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact.
• Use our integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance.
• Negotiate powerfully to achieve life-changing results for our clients.
• Deliver a five-star client experience every time — we care as much as we fight.
Your Skills & Mindset
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 5+ years of experience in employment litigation.
• Superb research, writing, and analytical ability.
• Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote-first, tech-savvy team.
• Able to manage a large caseload while staying organized and proactive.
• Motivated, ambitious, radically optimistic and driven to grow your income and your career.
