Employment Key Workers
Community charity Groundwork South are looking for Employment Key Workers to support Hong Kong BN(O) visa holders in finding sustainable and meaningful employment through "Jobs for Hongkongers", a national initiative delivered by The Growth Company, Groundwork, and other partners. This programme aims to support Hong Kong BN(O) visa holders through an 8-week course designed to enhance their employability. This role will be an integral part of the Jobs for Hongkongers programme, undertaking outreach and developing relationships with local partners to build referrals to the project and employment opportunities.
The successful candidate will have the ability to motivate and inspire people facing multiple barriers to training and employment through the delivery of quality IAG sessions and accredited qualifications.
