A well-established law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join its dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and wants to take ownership of significant cases from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Represent clients in all aspects of employment litigation, including wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and class/PAGA actions.
ā¢ Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, and conduct depositions.
ā¢ Provide legal counsel to employers regarding compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
ā¢ Active membership in the California State Bar.
ā¢ 2+ years of employment litigation.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 ā $280,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
