Employment Counsel - Remote
We've partnered with a nationally respected labor and employment law firm-recognized for its deep expertise and long-standing commitment to management-side representation-to help them hire a remote Employment Counsel for their fully virtual office.
This role is ideal for attorneys who thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment and want to focus on delivering high-quality legal work without the demands of in-person litigation or non-billable hour requirements.
What You'll Do:
• Handle administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for a diverse client base, including EPLI matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Collaborate with partners and legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Provide timely, strategic counsel to clients across industries.
What We're Looking For:
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• 5+ years of employment law and litigation experience.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Bonus: Experience with EPLI or prior law firm experience
