Employee & Workplace Experience Intern
Join Coinbase as a 12-week summer intern to optimize employee experience processes and contribute to culture-enhancing projects. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Assist in the Kaizen project by analyzing and optimizing current processes within the Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) team. • Identify inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements to streamline core programs. • Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional stakeholders to gather data and insights. • Develop and implement streamlined workflows, process maps, SOPs, and documentation standards. • Implement tools and platforms such as Google Workspace for program efficiency and data management. • Collect and analyze data related to employee feedback, program effectiveness, and operational improvements. • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. • Assist in developing and executing programs to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being. • Conduct research, gather feedback, and identify areas for enhancement in remote and in-person workplace experiences. • Support change management strategies to ensure smooth implementation of new initiatives and improved processes. About You The company is looking for: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in operations management, business administration, or a related field. • Demonstrated interest in process improvement and operational efficiency. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities. • Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, and Lucidchart is a plus. • Nice to haves: experience with Kaizen or other process improvement methodologies, interest in workplace culture and employee experience programs, familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
