Architectural Associate (1-3yrs)

They are seeking an Architectural Associate with 1-3 years of experience to collaborate on various projects, focusing on residential and commercial design while developing documentation packages under the guidance of experienced team members. Responsibilities Collaborate as a team member on projects Be responsible for the design and documentation of a variety of project types Skills 1-3 years of professional experience after completing a 4-year degree Interest in residential and commercial design Basic understanding of document production Experience in Revit and AutoCAD Strong design skills Collaborative focus and a positive attitude Capability to develop drawing and documentation packages Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent design degree Entry level construction knowledge Hand drawing skills Experience with Twinmotion, Sketchup, and Lumion Benefits Flexible work hours and remote working policy Profit sharing and matching Simple IRA Healthcare stipend New team members receive 3 weeks PTO, 1 week personal/sick leave and in addition to the typical 7 holidays, we close the office for a week at the year-end holidays Premier four mountain Aspen ski pass, if it snows more than 6”, team members may take a powder morning off and enjoy the fresh snow!
